Question
I am 22 I have been stuttering for most of my life. It is very slight so I have learnt to cope with it pretty well and few if any of my family and friends even know that I stutter. However I would like to find out more about what causes it and if it can be cured? I did the art of living basic course because I heard the sudarshan kriya can help.

Secondly I have some skin discoloration on my chest and back. My doctor said it was a harmless yeast infection beginning with p (can't remember the name). He gave me some antifungal tablets but they did not work so he gave me some other ones plus an antifungal shampoo but that didn't work either. The name of one of the tablets he gave me was Terbinafine hydrochloride and the anti fungal shampoo was ketopine. Any ideas of how to get rid of this?

Dear Haresh,

The Stuttering is often related to the way we breathe.
When one breathes in, then speaks it will by-pass the stutter.  This however does not always work.
Because stuttering is psychological in nature.
Something is causing it.  What is that?  So we investigate this. We know when it comes to body, speech and mind, our psyche is at the root of its imbalances. Whatever elements in the mind and heart are causing so and so.

Therefore we must focus on those elements and get rid of them.

Next: Skin Discoloration:

The Terbinafine hydrochloride is called Lamisil.
It is not surprising that it does not work. You should know that this drug also has side effects - can cause liver damage. Several other people with skin problems have contacted me to say not only did it not work - but the skin problems got even worse.  So please stay away from this drug.
