AnswerSound Therapy?
Sound Therapy, is a Natural way, to remove energy
blockages in your body, to open your natural gateways,
for the free flow of Universal Life force Energy, to
promote, a better self healing and a better energy
balancing, in your body and your aura.
To do this, we'll make use ,of the secret power ,of
Tibetan Singing Bowls.
Sound Massage?
With the Tibetan Singing Bowls, we work beside and on your body, to send the vibration from the bowls through your body to the problem area of blockages in your body , to remove them slowly and gentle.
A full therapy will go in several sessions ,over a period from one or two weeks, some time even longer.
Such a session takes about one hour , and you will feel more free and relaxed after a session, and you will feel after a couple of session a release of your problems.
Tibetans are strangely close-mouthed about the use of these bronze bowls, stating simply that they were used as vessels for food. But their use goes beyond the utilitarian. The Bon or Tibetan Singing Bowls have been used by Tibetan doctors for diagnostic purposes as well.
The bowls date back as far as the Bronze Age in China 3,000 years ago, and were made primarily in Bhutan, Nepal, India and Tibet.
Legend has it that the iron from the bowls came from meteorites found on the top of the Himalayan Mountains. But, the basis of the use of sound came from the ancient Egyptians. It is said that initially, only High Priest were allowed to listen in when the Gods sang songs for self-healing. Later, however, priests were sent out to chant these songs to heal the sick.
These days, with the growing popularity of alternative and complementary therapy practices, Singing bowls are another, albeit a much lesser known, source of healing.
The Singing bowls are also used in sound massages, by working on different energy lines, to rebalance the chakra and the aura in and around our body.
The theory is based on the assumption that the bowls, which are made from seven sacred metals, correspond to the chakras in our bodies and to the seven planets: gold (Sun), silver (Moon), mercury (Mercury), copper (Venus), iron (Mars), tin (Jupiter), and lead (Saturn).
Each chakra responds to certain vibration, but every bowl carries special overtones that correspond to certain chakras.
Most of the time, a bowl has different tones that work on more than one chakra-it can connect certain chakras and rebalance different chakra at a time.
Only a trained sound therapist is qualified to do a sound massage. You have to be able to analyze the sound of the bowl, and you need to be able to feel where certain sounds do the job. If you have a musical background, it will help, but it is not necessary.
The bowls also has other uses that dont require such specialized knowledge. Feng shui-clearing the negative energies that gather at the corner of a room-and meditation are just two examples. If nothing else, it makes for an interesting conversation piece at your next dinner party.
