I am extremely tired the two weeks before my cycle begins--I mean tired to the point that I can hardly walk or lift my arms to comb my hair.  After my cycle comes on the tiredness leaves immediately.  What can I do to alleviate the tiredness to the extreme that I have.

The creation and build up process flowing towards the cycle in a Woman's body, is special, and is a normal force of Nature.
