Dear Imran,
Please forgive me to have bothered you again, but I need to ask you a couple more questions.
Firstly, I have managed to secure the Fruta Vida & the Transfer Factor-Advanced Formula, whilst I am still waiting for the Primal Defence to arrive because it is the only one that I found that I can buy in London, UK where I live and I have put an order through for it to be delivered.

I think that I might have forgotten to mention to you that I have got an incompatibility with candida & wheat and I was wondering if any of the products you have prescribed in the protocol for me contain any dairy & wheat products.
I don't have an allergy as such, but I am on a four day rotation diet which means that I shouldn't eat anything that I have consumed the day before for four days & by the time the fifth day comes around & I will eat the same thing that I have eaten on the first day, it would have left my system. I seem to react to things & this is one way to try to keep my ulcerative-colitis from flaring up.
This has not been devised for me by the hospital that I am being treated at, but I have done the allergy test via a private lab & they were the ones that found that I have the incompatibility to wheat & candida & they have written up the rotation diet for me.
If I find that I react to any of the products you have suggested, would it be any other on the market that I may be able to replace them with?

Another thing is that I have been for the past twentyfour & a half years taking AZATHIOPRINE for my ulcerative-colitis & these tablets are immuno-supressers. I have been taking very high dosages for almost all of that time, 150mg/day which is three tablets daily.
I have strongly been advised by the consultant at the hospital to try to come of them or at least reduce the dosage because this medicine is extremely distructive, especially since I have been taking them for so long.
In the last few months I have tried to reduce the intake & for a while I have taken one tablet daily (50mg) after which I have tried to take one every other day. For all I know this might have triggered my flare-up since it's clear that I can't do without this medication. It seems to be the one that keeps my ulcerative-colitis under control.
Could you tell me please Imran, would this medication interfere with the healing effects of the products you have advised me to take to boost my immune system, since the AZATHIOPRINE is supposed to do the opposite? I am rather concerned about this.

I have mentioned to you that I have a problem with my bladder, more specifically with the uretrea (I'm sorry but I don't know how to spell that word). Since my flare-up & thus me starting to take Prednosoline (steroids), I have got bad constipation for which I was given laxatives. On one hand I am taking steroids trying to stop me from opening my bowels, whilst on the other hand I am taking laxatives to help me do exactly the opposite. At present I'm suffering badly with constipation & only when I come of the steroids which will be in two & a half weeks I will be able to asses if & how much my condition has improved.
Because I am straining myself to open my bowels, my bladder is much worse. I have definitely noticed that there is a linkage between the two.
I have been suffering with the narrowing of the uretrea since last May & I was gonna have a cystoscopy done but it could not be performed because it is so narrow. This is why I can't releive myself normally & my bladder fills up every few minutes. I was advised by the doctor to have the uretrea streched under general anaesthetic, but I'm afraid that in the long run it will cause more problems. I don't want to be incontenant. Do you think that this condition will improve as well as I will be taking all the vitamins & nutrients, or maybe not?
Since you advised me to try to drink seven glasses of water daily which I have tried, I must tell you that it's extremely difficult for me to keep my bladder from filling up literally every few minutes. I don't know what to do.

The last thing I want to ask you about is the safespace products you advised me to purchase. I have put an order through for all three items, the safe-space-1, the environmental protection card & the energy strip. With reference to the energy strip, I live in a flat-share & I have my own room, so there is no basement as such & I wouldn't know where to put this strip, so perhaps I could do without & save it for who knows if & when my circumstances will change?
The safe-apace-1 I could put in my room, whilst the protection card I will wear. Is it OK to remove the environmental protection card when having a wash or on other ocassions & putting it back on?

Imran, do you think that one year is enough time to give myself to gradually faze out my medication & stop them completely or you reckon that I may need longer than that? I musn't be hasty.

Thank you for your letter.

The products i have recommended do not contain any dairy or wheat related contents.

In fact, the primal defence and fruta vida in combination will normalize all bowel functions. They will get rid of the constipation, but on the other hand they will also stop lose bowel movement. They will create a condition of complete balance.

If the bladder is in imbalance, then do not drink that much water in the day. Drink only what your body needs. I understand how it must be to keep on having to go to the bathroom.

The fruta-vida should actually address the bladder problem for you as well. Over time, increase it to 1 ounce twice per day.

As for the prescription drugs, start decreasing them as soon as you start this protocol. Decrease very slowly. But decrease them both, until over about two months you have stopped them completely.

You will pleasantly come to find, that you do not need these prescriptions. They will be useless as the protocol i have recommended will do wonders for your body. You will get off the prescriptions, and will never need them again. You will see what i mean when the time comes.

I am glad you ordered the safe space products as well. The card is to be worn on you wherever you are, but take it off when you go for a shower. It should not get into water.

Put it on again once you are done with the shower. And if you have the safe-space-1 in your home, or room, then you do not need to wear the card while sleeping. Put it on when you get up in the morning. These devices are amazing, and neutralize all forms of harmful radiation, giving your body a chance to heal.

As for the holographic strips, see if you can locate in your home an electrical panel, or fuse box. The strip would go round the cables going in or coming out of the box. The cables are usually wrapped together.

If you do not have this in your flat, (i believe you should) then what you can do is wrap the strip around your incoming water supply pipe. It will serve its purpose there. If you cannot locate that, please keep the product for if you move into your own home, this device will come in very useful indeed.

Please see if someone can come to your flat and locate the fuse box though. I believe each flat would have its own fuse box to control the electricals.
