My wife suffers from regular flaring of Eczema.Some areas in her legs have black thickened patch.
Can you please clarify usefullness of Neem leaves for applying and in what form?

Dear Mr Ramchandran,
Thank you for thinking about Neem.
Neem Leaves taken internally and Neem Oil applied on the affected parts can definately work.
Add to that application of aloe vera gel and things shall start improving.
You must inform your practitioner reg. the steps you are taking.
