Alternative Medicine/Weight loss

Question
I am in the USA.  I was wondering what is the best way to
cleanse my system
and lose weight.  I work out with weights and cardio for 2
hours per day several times per week.  But I seem to be
stuck at a particular weight.  I was curious about some
natural solutions.  Also, I eat a clove of garlic everyday
because i hear of its anti oxidant abilities.  Is this a good
amount to take?

Answer
Dear Miguel,

It is always a good idea to use a product that will cleanse the colon in this case. Since you work out, peristalsis should be normal. If it is not, then we know the colon
has blockages.

You should be going to the bathroom once for every meal
you eat. So 3 times a day or so.  If you are going once
a day, then constipation is the case.

Therefore you will find a product called 'Bowel Toner'
here: http://www.rgarden.d4a.com

You might also want to take the 'Sun Energy Powder' from the same site.
It is a very good nutritional source.

Continue to use the garlic, it is useful to immune functions.

The absolute best anti-oxidant and immune boosting formula i have ever used is called 'Transfer Factor Rio-Vida'.  You will find it here: http://www.trinity.my4life.com

If you want to use this formula, email them and let them know you would like to purchase that product, and they will give it to you at their wholesale cost. That is their policy.

If you have anymore questions, please let me know.

Sincerely,
