Question
I have sometimes a dark and non homegene urine.
It doesn't mixe with toilet water.The bottom of the water is dark and the top is clear.
Would you please give your opnion.

Dear Mohammed,
I do not have enough information to advise you specifically, but I would recommend 64 oz. of water a day and avoid beverages that are high in caffeine.
I'm sorry that I cannot give more information, but I would not want to advise wrong, with so little data from you.
