I have a friend who suffers from alopecia areata. is there any cure or treatment that's really effective? pls let me know. thanks.
Hi Kate -- we have seen some success with several products from Shaklee. Nutritional deficiencies are often a cause of this - I would recommend to try a soy protein powder (Shaklee's is Energizing soy) and is top notch. Basic nutritional supplements including a multi, vit. C, Vit. E and B-complex are also critical. There is a product Prosante nourishing scalp treatment as well as the shampoo and conditioner which does great work - I saw great results for my husband.
