Question
How bad is baking soda to your health if you drink it with water and or apple cider vinegar for certain ailments or for losing weight?  Will it harm you in the long run if you take it every day.  Can it work against calcium?  here is a website to check out so you have an idea what I am talking about.  Let me know what you think about all this. Baking soda alkalizes the stomach and vinegar acidify.  They are completely opposite.
These are means to an end and not fixing the issue.  
Never heard of baking soda helping with weight loss. If the person is having an acid stomach issue then it may help there. Vinegar can aid in weight loss but is a means to an end. According to Kevin Trudeau, it needs to be organic raw apple cider vinegar.  It aid in metabolism.
I would not suggest using baking soda as a weight loss remedy.
