Dear Sir/madam Hi
I am 61 years old man.non smoker and non drinker.weight is 134- to 135 lbs.height is 5-4 inches.Blood pressure is 140/80 to 175/105.depend time,work and eat.
 I am taking Diovan 160/12.5 hct twice,two hawthorn 565 twice,fish oil 1000 mg once,two spoon flax seed rough grind.co-emzye Q-10 120mg once.I am pure vegetarian no fish or chicken but I eat two egg only white portion with bread.
Do you advice me,more

Your condition is Serious...
and i feel you are Nutritionally Depleted.

I am glad you eat eggs at least.

I eat no meat myself, except Fish.  But i do take whole Goat milk.
