my motherinlw is going blind. she is 77yrs. they say it is a desise in the eye stating with a m word , i am sorry i dont know the word.  but i want to help her in any way i can. could you help me. 1.,any natural treatment,(i will take her anywhere in the usa. 2.what produts help a person going blind? who is hard headed yet deep deep down scared. thank you , cathy earnhart , sterling, colorado 970-522-3352 or my e-mail. thank you again

Hi Cathy,
The condition you refer to is likely macular degeneration. As far as I know there is no cure. There are some new vitmins out there that ophthalmologists recommend. These promote eye health and may slow down the process. Check you pharmacy for Vitalux, and Icaps vitamins.
