Hi there!  I have had the same problem for months... i have a bump on my eyelid and i have gone to an eye doctor after a few weeks (of it not going away) and he told me its cuz my eyeglasses lenses were too weak and i had to make an effort stressing my eyes to see something so that caused the oils to build up into this bump.  well he gave me eye drops and some kind of antibiotic gel to put inside my eye at nite b4 i sleep and sometimes i used a hot towel...and it almost went away then came back with a vengeance!  its bigger than before!
it doesnt hurt but it doesnt look too pretty. i went to the same doctor again and he gave me Bactiflox which are pills i have to take one every 12 hours...im not sure i trust it so any advice maybe?? thanks!

Hi there, I had reoccurring ulcers on the eye itself (Very, very painful) it was like cut glass just to close my eyelid and to keep it closed was excruciating.

Anyway, after 2 long years of treatment from my local hospital, and the special eye clinic in London, they came to the conclusion "it must be genetic" which is just another term for saying; they hadn't a clue!

They told me I was going blind, so with nothing to lose, I went along to this clinic that dealt in alternative medicine, they told me simply, "we need Vitamin B to repair and maintain healthy eyes" and told me to take—1 Multivitamin + mineral tablet daily & 1 Vitamin B Complex daily.

Now I was very sceptical, however I had nothing to lose so I took these tablets religiously every day, in less than a week I had an appointment at the hospital to see a specialist, I was interested to see what he would say, because I knew they were working, as I had had no pain from the day I started taking the Vitamins.

To cut a long story short, he was puzzled to say the least, and annoyed that he had been called for, as he could (and I quote) "see nothing wrong" now considering I had been told a week previous that; "all 5 layers of my Cornea are scarred" you can see why he was puzzled. Anyway his parting words were; "well, I don't know why I can't see anything today, but you will be back Brenda, as it is Genetic!"

That was 10 years past in May :¬) and I have never darkened his door again, not only did the Vitamins cure the problem with my eyes, I have since been to the Optician and been told I have 20/20 vision and to put my "glasses away in a drawer"

So my advice would be, get down to your nearest health food store and buy a bottle of Multivitamin + Mineral tablets and a bottle of Vitamin B Complex.
