My question is  that that which supplement remove calcium from bones. After that I need to take calcium as normal diet..As inter browsing says that calcium magnesium citrate with equal ratio is is good for removing calcium from bones.

Answer
Dear RAJ SINGHAL,
Calcium and magnesium in equal ratios can cause some side-effects.  I would suggest that you do some research regarding zinc.  Calcium deposits are not simply a matter of too much calcium.  I believe it to be a matter of absorption, which is contingent on the ratio.  I would recommend that you check into the balance of calcium, magnesium, and zinc regarding a vegetarian diet.
I believe the balance will bring the solution.
Kind Regards,
