Alternative Medicine/calcium flouride

Question
I have been having  heel pain. Arch supports and heel pads help.  I walk twice a week.  After my walk the heel is a little tender and at night the most tender after being on my feet. The pain is mostly centered in the arch/heel connection towards the inside area.  I take alot of herbs being an herbalist  and starting taking calcium flouride for elasticity of the tendon in the foot. My pendulum tested good for that. But I began to break out in a rash on my arms after taking 4 3 x a day. I stopped and the rash is going away. Not sure if it was a detox or a reaction.I understand detox Any suggestions. Thanks

Answer
Dear Jayne,
Were you able to take the calcium flouride long enough to see if it made any difference?  I, of course, cannot tell you whether it was detox or a reaction, but it would be worth the effort to determine which it is.  Increase your water intake and if you feel that you could conduct a controlled experiment regarding the calcium flouride, I would recommend that.  But that really is contigent upon whether or not you saw any improvement or accomplished any relief.
I don't feel I have been much help, but I would encourage you.  You know your body better than anyone.  And I am sure you are quite knowledgeable regarding herbs, vitamins, and minerals.
I wish you well and will be praying for your answer.
Kind Regards,
Kindred
