Dear Normand,

Thank you for your question.  I shall advise you on how to Reverse these problems.

I Prefer Never to recommend any Prescriptions, ever, or to use too many herbs at a time, even though they are much safer and more effective.  
We need what is right for the body in the condition it reflects at the time it is ill.

I recommend in this case that you begin to use Probiotics/Digestive Enzymes before each meal.

The balancing of Intestinal Flora will solve the indigestion problems once and for all. As well as to clear away any colon congestion, and normalize bowel movements.
A simple remedy really.
