Hello Brenda
I am a 75 yr old female and even though I,m on various meds I feel
very well.
I am interested in colon cleansing
as I have read so much about it. I do feel our world is so full of chemicals in our foods.Our meats don.t have much taste only the spices we add in cooking them. My diet is pretty good as I love veggies even though I like too many sweets.
I would like your opinion on the cleanse of which I feel seems like a good thing to do.
