Thank you for your question.  Angie sorry about this delay,
it seems your email got lost somewhere between your server and mine...  the allexperts.com automated reminder just emailed me to let me know the question probably didn't get to me so i should check their system for the pending question - and there was your question, still unreplied!
Sorry about that.

Now with heart dis-ease and Diabetes, we have some very powerful and safe Natural solutions to target these illnesses;
to reverse the heart disease, and normalize pancreas and insulin production...  these natural remedies are very effective indeed.

Now, as for Maitake mushroom, it will help the blood sugar, But, it is very difficult to know if it will Interact with the prescription drugs. We usually do not know, because we stay as far as possible from Prescription/Chemical drugs...  and regular Medical Doctors do not know either - because they tend to stay as far as possible from Natural or Nature-Produced health foods.

Targeting diabetes and heart disease:

The Following Protocol is what i recommend in regards to this:

First we start off by targeting and enhancing the general Immune Functions, meaning Overall Immune Functions:

This is accomplished by using a natural product called "Transfer Factor advanced formula"  The transfer factors are the safest and most advanced immune system enhancers/balancers in the world.
