That was great.  My young neighbor mother of three has them.  I remember reading that vitamin P for permiability was a good food to include in the diet for preventing this condition.  When you make lemonaid con/t throw out the peels.  Cut them up into nice slices, cover them with water in a sauce pan, add 'NATURAL POWDERED SUGAR OR nATURAL (NOT BROWN)" AND BE SURE YOU DON'T BURN IT.  These candied lemon peels have Vit P in them and are good for your blood vessels.  Look up on the internet for foods that contain various vitamins and minerals, and look for Vitamins that keep the blood vessels permeable and yet strong enough to CONTAIN the blood without permitting LEAKING into tissues.  Swollen legs also go along with varicose veins.  Be sure not to eat things that cause swollen legs.  Look that up as well.  Edna

Standing for long hours as a floor manager had caused veins in my feet to become gorged. In evenings I experienced lot of pain in the feet. Doctors suggested strapping and elevation of foot for relief, but the pain still persisted. A friend told me about alternative therapies for varicose veins. Within couple of weeks after I started using the kit (Biogetica) I felt a remarkable reduction in my pain. I am amazed at the effectiveness of natural therapies even in a physical condition like mine. I feel assured the swelling will go too. The kit I am using has resonant homeopathic remedies and essential vitamins and minerals.
