QuestionHi, My husband , age 43, has severe glaucoma. He was diagnosed with it about 4 years ago, and his eye pressure has gotten significantly worse. IF this doesnt change he will continue to permanetly loose his sight.
He is currently seeing an eye doctor who is strongly puahing for surgery. He is also seeing an accupuncturist, who is treating him with accupuncture and herbs...........
any suggestions ?
Thanks ! Doris
AnswerHI doris, I can only tell you my story, I was also told I was going blind and there was nothing they could do, except offer surgery (corneal transplants)I went to alternative medicine and they said "not at all!" she explained that all ilnesses or ailments are a result of a lack of some essential vitamins or minerals or both, in our bodies,so she explained that we need vitamin b for healthy eyes (among other things)she put me on 1 Multivitamin + mineral tablet daily, plus 1 vitamin B. Complex tablet daily.
that was 8 years past in May and I have never had any bother with my eyes since and the optician just recently told me to; "put my glasses away in a drawer as I didnt need them anymore"
You have nothing to lose and everything to gain by taking vitamin supplements, just remember to get them from a health food store, not a chemist.
all the best
