Question
what can i take for high bloodpressure?

Answer
Usually caused by a food allergy I would try getting off wheat and take capcicum garlic with parsley combo. You can buy at naturessunshine.com  I would take 6 a day. Spread out 2 with each meal and then when you pressure comes down cut back. Also take fish oils and antioxidants.  Helps with circulation. and good healthy veins.  I would also take lecithin.   May smell like garlic but it will do the trick I'm sure. Jayne
