Question
Hey Mr Brandt

Past 2 days went to GNC Nutrition store and started taking sum nourishing multi vitmains..
guy told me it makes the hair healthier.
See, about 4months i over dosed on hair thickeners and hair creams for my hair, and would re-apply more hair cream the next day without washing..
after 2mts of that, i stopped and noticed thining thru out my head.. I dont want to go for hair loss products because before the hair cream incident, my hair was thick and full all around.., So that leaves me to today, i figured let me try vitamins, its seems like the best choice..
Want to know if i'm making the right move or can you suggest something better for my condition

Thanks kindly
joe

Answer
Hi Joe,
Multivitamins may make your hair healthier but I doubt it will promote new hair grwoth or thicken hair.
I sounds to me that perhaps overuse of hair products as you describe may have clogged the hair follicles and what you need is a good cleanser to re-open the hair follicles.
The best advice you can get for this type of a product would be from a professional hair dresser at a hair salon.
Thank you for using Allexperts
