When helping clients with HBP issues you will always want to adress the kindeys
Working with Kidney Drainage is an excellent choice.
From here I look at other issues like
stress -
Do you have a lot of stress?
Weight is also an issues.
For specific HBP issues I like to work with two formulas
Blood PressureX or Cardio Assurance
Potassium is also excellent if levels are low.
COQ10 is also a good supplment.
If the thyroid is involved you will always want to nourish this.
As far as foods. Get off foods with added salt and eat more raw foods.
Type in foods high in potassium on the interent and eat more of these.
Get rid of coffee
Use capsicum, Garlic and Pasley combination herb instead of sald.
Drink lemon water a couple of times a day.
