Question
What can build up immune system.
I have an inflammed stomach,bladder and have had two eye disease that are caused from inflammation.
One was Scleritis and the one I have now is Blepharitis.
All my muscles are always sore like I have just had amajor workout at a gym.
Were tested for arthritis and immune disorders
and they came back negative.
Would building my immune system help out with all these problems.

Sorry to hear about all these conditions. It must not be easy to deal with these.

You are Right, the Scleritis and Blepharitis are Chronic Inflammatory-related imbalances.

These are DEFINITELY an Immune Imbalance. It is odd that the tests came out negative, But tests can often be flawed.
