fine eye drops
can you offer any advice?
Many thanks
AnswerDear Bhav,
Thank you for your letter.
I am one who is completely against the use of steroids. I do not see how they will help heal this problem, however with an exception of controlling symptoms.
The elaneer kuzhambu is used to treat eye inflammation and it is ayurvedic. I have never tested it myself but it would be worth looking into this one. It is much safer than using steroidal therapies.
The prophylatic is generally used to counter cataracts.
Unless advised by an ayurvedic practitioner to use both together, i would suggest using only the elaneer kuzhambu to start with.
In your case, i would personally advise you use meditation to cure your eyes. Relax your body, focus all your attention and feeling upon the inflamed eye, and meditation upon it. Do this daily without fail. It will heal.
Used in conjunction with the drops the effects may be speeded up. I also advise the use of a good nutritional supplement to strengthen the nervous and immune functions and to generally enhance overall health. Immune functions are related to optic functions. A lacking in nutrition can often be the very causing factor of eye related disorders.
I would recommend you take fruta-vida.
