QuestionHi.
I have a 2 1/2 year old couison, Luke. So sweet, but hyper and hands on. He's a hand ful, but in my opinion a normal boy. My aunt is a strong believe in kinesiology, and took Luke to one and she said he was weak in his adreanels. Everything on the internet says symptoms of adreaneal defficencies and fatigue, stress, and puberty like things. I think Luke is fine, and they have him on vitamins for it. Catalyn and something specific for adreanials. I just don't anything to get messed up in Luke becuase he is on an array of vitamins and so young.
Thanks , Kylee
AnswerDear Kylee,
Most 2 1/2 year old boys are "hands on." As a matter of fact, if they are not, that is unusual. All kinesiologists find something wrong with the adrenals. People do have a horrible diet, the ground is depleted of minerals and vitamins, and the stress in our lives has no physical "outlet." I would say the vitamins are not a problem, but anything that is designed to alter the adrenals this young makes me wonder what the effect will be at puberty or later.
Usually a children's vitamin and a good diet, with plenty of exercise is sufficient.
Many children seem hyper, because they are "confined" in day care all day and don't get to "work it out" of their system. Children, especially 2 year old boys have a lot of energy that needs to be "burned up." It doesn't really require treatment, just "burned up."
I wish moms would realize how active previous generations were. Children have never wanted to sit for 10 hours, nor did G~d design them to do so. But, most children do not get to play all day until they go to school, like they used to. Even if mom stays at home and it's one on one, he's got more energy to use up than mom does.
Hope this helps.
Kind Regards,
Kindred
