Question
I've been taking l-tryptophan for among other things, depression, weight loss, ADD symptoms blah, blah, blah. Someone told me 5htp works better, less is needed for the same effect, etc. What's your opinion? Thanks for the help!

Sincerely,

Helene

Answer
Everyones body responds differently to supplements and L-tryptophan can be difficult to obtain. I use 5HTP with my client and really like the resutls.
Do not use 5HTP if you are taking an anti-depressant. But if you are not you may want to try it.  It boost seratonin levels.

I would also suggest
Chinese Mood Elevator
Probiotic 11
for depression

For ADD I would suggest
Super Omega 3
Gaba
Focus attention
