Question
What are the advantages of coral calcium over calcium you would get through milk or a multivitamin?

What is meant by chelated colloidal liquid minerals?

What are plant sources of Protein Enzymes?

Answer
Mr Smith,
Thanks for your questions.
I do not recommend coral calcium as a supplement.  There have been no good studies on the use of it, and I question the safety of the source.  Calcium from dairy products is a good way to get it if you are not sensitive to dairy.  In supplements, I recommend ones that calcium hydroxyappetate, citrate, citrate-malate, or a mixture of these.  Carbonate, the most common form of calcium, is not as easily absorbed and should be no more than 50% of the calcium mixture.
I do not know about the use of colloidal minerals and their application.  In general, minerals come in different forms, and Krebs cycle chelates are more absorbable forms, but I don't know if this holds true for colloidal minerals.
I am not sure what you are asking for the last question--are you looking for enzymes in a supplement, or from foods?
In health,
Dr Conner
