Question
Eric
I am 48.I suffer from low energy and an inability to lose weight.
I try to eat healthy and not much, and I walk daily.
I recently had a complete medical and I am fine.
Can you suggest anything?

Answer
Hi Brent,
Are you overworked at your job? Are you working too many hours? Shift work can also lower your energy level.
I am assuming you are not anemic and your thyroid function is normal and you are not on any other medications. If that is the case and you do not suffer from any chronic disease often a Vitamin B supplement can boost your energy level. I would recommend an all 'round B vitamin such as`Jamieson's B 50 or B 100 or equvalent.

Thank you for using Allexperts
Sincerely,
