Question
Hello. I can't seem to find an organic food source magnesium other than standard process. Can you help? Thanks!

The food source company I often recommend is New Chapter. I know they make multis and a cal mag but I'm not sure if they make just a magnesium. Another company is Rainbow Light, but I am less familiar with their products. IF you can't find a food source version, I'd suggest you get a very absorbable form like magnesium citrate, perhaps in a powder or liquid form.
