People claim that this miraculous bed help get rid of diseases? I am skeptical.

Hello azure:
Always use good sound judgement in evaluating any so called curative product. It is helpful to use sources outside of the companies own web site...try consumer reports, check for recalls, check with government angencies etc.
If you are doubtful enough to even ask, it is probably best just to look for a product that you are confident in.
