There are few tratmentd for hyperhydrosis. You can get a compounding pharmacy to compound  an antiperspirant that is more concentrated than commercially available ones. This may need a doctor's prescription.
Also I have heard clinics advertise that Botox injections may help. This is a very expensive route to go.
Benign prostate hypertrophy can be helped with the herb saw palmeto
