Question
hi Dr. Aukerman!  i have a question about physiology. if someone eats carbohydrates and perhaps choclate bars to spike up the sugar level for more energy, but this fails to give them more energy, what could that be caused from, and what, if anything, can be done to rectify that? thank you!!

Answer
Yes, they need cinnamon capsules before each carbohydrate or sugar intake,  plus high dose B complex like a B-100 four times a day and if not having 2-3 bowel movements daily, they may need magnesium oxide four times a day. They should ask their doctor if these are ok for them
