Hello,
I am 42 yrs old, 138 pounds, 5 feet- 4 inches tall. I want to get off oral birth control. I was put on it for painful ovarian cysts and facial cysts. I started getting these right before I got my period (started when I turned 40). I am having tests done to see if I have Lupus. I have low energy, tired all the time and have sore joints/muscles. I read that birth control pills could give me the symptoms of Lupus. I would like to get off the pill to see if the symptoms disappear. Do you have any suggestions in regards to the cysts that will soon appear when the meds are out of my system?
