I believe we need doctors for certain problems such as broken bones but I personally have rarely seen a doctor in over ten years. I take over ten supplements per day at age sixty-two. Question I was very sure I had a problem with my thyroid, my hair had started fallin out and i was always tired...so know that i have started taking medicine callled raw thyroid not a prescription i got it at an herb store...i felt great for about 3 days then i started feeling tired again then i started gettin cold and have stayed that way i cant get warm enough, now i think i might be getting a yeast infection and my urine is always dark an i drink water all the time i hardly ever drink dark drinks...can you help me??!! this is getting ridiculous oh yes and i have always had acid reflux but if i watch what i eat then ill be fine, i started having a mild case for the past 2 days and havent really ate anything to trigger it... can these all just be side effects to the medicine that i am taking? should i stop taking them maybe go find a different kind??!! PLEASE HELP!!!

You ask me "can these all be side effects to the medicine." Prescription drugs have a lot of side effects but I don't know what ones you're taking.
This is complex and I'm really not qualified to diagnose but I will tell you that hair loss and reflux can often be due to high levels of stress. I know because I had the same things years ago. If you "think" you may be getting a yeast infection this is not related to your other symptoms. You either Are getting one or you have discomfort from too much sugar. When I itch from that all I do is take one capsule of grapeFRUIT seed extract. The dark urine is pretty common. You could have a kidney infection or more than likely you think you're drinking more water than you really are and need more.
Again, I am not a pharmacist, drugs have a package insert that give you the side effects and I don't know what drugs you're taking. I have a feeling you're under an immense amount of stress and have been for awhile. How to handle stress depends on the situations involved. Mine lasted for three years and I lost a LOT of hair but it's all grown back now. Oh; the being cold all the time. This is a circulation problem. Do you sit around a lot? The only exercise we will do generally is what we love. You have to find something you love to do that gets your heartrate up and I guarantee you'll be warm then.
