i read where you have had seizures and got help when medicines failed.  i have had them for twenty one yrs. and medicines and surgery both have failed.  please tell me what you did to stop them.

HI there Kim,

My prescribed tablets never stopped the seizures, but when I started taking 1 Multivitamin + Mineral tablet daily, plus 1 Vitamin B Complex daily along with them, that did the trick.

I know it sounds too simple (it did to me) but the proof is there, it has been over 9 years now and still no seizures, but I must add I am still taking my prescribed medication also. I have no doubt whatsoever, that if I stopped taking the Vitamins my seizures would return.

Just a point, if you are going to buy Vitamins, go to a health food store as they bind their tablets with food, so the body sees them as natural and readily absorbs them, but if you buy from say a Chemist, they bind their tablets with foreign substances such as Talc, so the body sees it as a foreign object and discards it as waste, so you get no benefit from the vitamins within.
