DEAR brenda, my stepmother has seizures, allways at night. she is very weak the morning after.Anything you could suggest would be helpful.  thank you, Debbie

Hi debbie, I used to take seizures at night, at least once a month, up till 6 years ago,then due to another problem I was told to take 1 Multivitam+ minerals tablet & 1 Vitamin B. Complex daily FROM HEALTH FOOD STORE.

the problem I had had with my eyes for 2 years cleared up within a week,and an added bonus was, I have never taken a seizure since.

At the very least the vitamins will help with the side affects of the drugs for epilepsy, which are varied and many, especially tiredness.Before I was taking vitamins I had constant headaches, nausea and extreme tiredness the vitamins have all but eliminated these.
