are there any all natural supplements or alternative therapies that can lower your sexual desire? if so which supplements or therapies can do this? also which supplements are the best for increasing your sexual desire?

It depends on the individual.

Sexual function is perfectly natural and normal, yet also very individual. Just like some people need more sleep than others, sex drive is also highly individualized. What is perfectly normal for one person may be a huge change for another...

And the key here is change. A drastic change in desire or function could be an indication to seek help and evaluation from either holistic and/or allopathic sources.

Good health practices helps keep all life functions working well, at whatever pace is normal for you as an individual...healthy diet, exercise and rest are important for everyone.

If there is a change, or imbalance (in either direction )in sexual function...then you may want to seek face to face evaluation.
