Question
Can you tell me how I can get my sense of smell back?  i had sinus surgery
nearly a year ago. the only time my smell returns is when I'm on steriods for a
sinus infection.  I've since gone on a gluetin free diet and am on allergy shots. I
can now breath (which is good!) but still can't smell

Answer
Need to cut out all omega-6 plant oil loaded foods, like chicken, turkey, farm fed fish, atlantic salmon, peanuts and peanut products, flax, chips and granola like health food products. See if you doctors approve taking a B-100 High potency b complex four times a day and 3000 mg of omega-3 fish oil four times a day
