Question there are some things that really bring me down.one is that I'm very pale and yellow and the other is I have mild acne allover my body and face.mostly blemishes and blachkeads.my skin looks so ill I look as if I got out from the hospital after a surgery.I'm also underweight(body mass index 18.2).I take iron becouse I have iron deficiency and fish oil but have't seen a great difference.what other supplements do you think I should try??I try to eat healthy but it seems my body doesn't absorb the nutrients the way it should.any recommendations will be appreciated...thanks
Answer Even though you are thin I recommend a cleanse Not a drastic one. Just all veggies and brown rice for 6 days. Drink nothing but water and herb tea like dandelion nettle, mint and take Spirilina for energy. Buy some herbal bowel clenasers with cascara sagrada and take those so you are having alot at least 3 bowel movements a day.If that doesn't help You may need to take a trip to the nutritionist. Jayne
