Questioniam am from australia iam a female 26 i have always had stomach problems mainly constipation lots of bloating and lots of air, i can get extremly hungry and not feel full and other days i have a little bit of food and feel full. I wake up most mornings feeling full in the tummy and bloated and unwell. I drink lots of water i eat soya and linseed toast for breakfast so i try and keep up my fibre, i dont eat any red meat, i eat little junk food, i dont crave sweet things normally savoury things/salty things i have also noticed that i have hot skin most of the time especially when im in bed i need my feet to breathe and i get really hot but my feet and hands are cold i dont know if any of this is related but who knows. thankyou for any advice michelle

To address the other symptoms of heat and cold, this sounds like your Thyroid really. One thing that is important is to take 100% Pure Coconut Oil everyday. Or Creamed Coconut. Take 2 table spoons per day. Start with one table spoon for the first one week, then go to 2.
This will balance your Thyroid Functions.
Make sure the Coconut Oil is Pure and Not Refined in any way. The other thing is your hormones should be balanced. Please let me know if you are taking any Estrogen or Progesterone prescription substances currently. They may be causing the imbalance.
I will from there advise you on what to use for your hormones.
Lastly, please let me know what kind of a Vitamin Supplement you take, if any. It is important that i know this.
SOY is TOXIC! Please do not use any soy products, except in its Fermented form: Miso, soy sauce... etc. Soy contains Enzyme inhibitors that Prevent the absorption of Proteins, Iron, Zinc, Calcium and Magnesium.
Please cut out using Margarine and Canola Oil in cooking.
Use Butter instead, and Olive Oil, Coconut Oil... other oils.
Also Please Stop All artificial sweeteners permanently.
Aspartame, Splenda, Sucralose are all very toxic. Splenda and Sucralose are the same thing: A Sucrose molecule bonded to a Chlorine molecule. Chlorine does not break down - it poisons the body.
Jagery, Brown Sugar, Xylitol, and Stevia are far better and are natural sugars. If you ever need to take them.
