Dear Expert
          Hi
            I always eat candy or donuts daily,but I do not have diabetes.I am 61 years old man. I feel my self too much sugar in body not good..This is my weakness.If I see any candy or sweet as cereal or donuts.I have to eat that my mind say,I can not control.
Question is:-IS THERE ANY WAY THAT I HATE FROM SUGAR OR IS THERE ANY THING LIKE SUGAR I CAN EAT AS I WANT.
MY HDL & POTASSIUM IS LOW
MY CALCIUM & SODIUM & IRON HIGH NORMAL
CARBON DIOXIDE IS LITTLE HIGH THAN NORMAL

Dear Mr Raj,

After a particular sugar level is built up it is always impossible to stay away from sugar. You have to have a very strong mind and put in efforts. You have to keep yourself away from all those places which are ready stocked with sweets.

Avoid going to shops which are always having sweets at counter, etc..

However if that is not possible then:

1. Have Natural & Artificial sweetener based foods.

2. Have more intake of bitter vegetables and bitter herbs to balance those sugar built up.

3. Exercise more

In any case, always consult your doctor before you start anything we pointed out.
