Alternative Medicine/take supplements before bed?

Question
Tonya
I have been struggling with a 'weak' digestive system,as well as a slow metabolism, for many years.
I am almost 50 and it only gets worse.
I have been to a couple specialists and they cant find anything.
I eat lightly, very little meat or refined, lots of fibre.
I also take a long walk daily.
This DOES help somewhat.
I started taking probiotics, and guggul and coleus forskoli.
I folled directions(take with meals) but it didnt seem to help.
A friend suggested I take them only before bed, with some milk.
Is been two weeks and now I feel I am getting some benefit.
Anyway,I am confused about what to do re. the whole situation.

Answer
I would work with digestive enzymes. Proactazyme 2-3 before each meal is the best choice.
For slow metabolism, I am guessing you mean thyroid.
I would suggest Mineral Chi tonic - to boost enzyme production and
Thyroid Support if you are not on Armor to boost thyroid metabolsim.
