Alternative Medicine/The use of Iscador by Suzanne Somers

Question

Suzanne Sommers used a herb called "Iscador" to build up her immune system when she was diagnosed with breast cancer.  She said it's been used in Europe for many years and has just recently been introduced in the US...doctors can prescibe it but it has not been approved by the FDA.  Suzanne isn't going to share this with people until she reaches her 5 year mark.

I'm not sure what plant / tree it's made from and would be interested in knowing that too.

I am battling cancer...2 rounds of radiation and chemo treatments with surgery in between.  I now have a colostomy bag.

I want to build up my immune system as I also have an underactive thyroid, high cholesterol and insulin-resistant diabetes which all stem from a weak immune system.

Any information you can give me will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your help!

Trisha
