sir, whether use of sildenafil has any long term
non-reversible side effect? any alternative natural of the same drug?
Hi Thinker
I have not heard of long term adverse effects associated with using Sildenafil regularly twice weekly.
There are alternatives at the healthfood store. I am not sure they are as effective as the prescribed Sildenafil. We used to sell them at our store. It a rage for awhile but sales of the alternatives went limp- pardon the pun- if that is any indication.
