ANSWER: Hello Silvia,
Distilled water is basically 'dead water'. It is not suitable for drinking as it is absent of all minerals. As a result of drinking, it will absorb minerals your body needs.
Cold water is to be avoided because the body absorbs everything at body temperature. Cold water has to be warmed internally before the body is able to use it properly. This is a waste of energy, therefore taking in room temperature to warm water is a good idea.
