Alternative Medicine for Pets/Possible Lymphoma

Question
QUESTION: I purchased a 12 week old English Mastiff that had slightly swollen lymph nodes when I took her to the vet as well and a negative fecal test result. The vet explained that this was common for a puppy and put her on antibiotics.  About two weeks later I noticed vaginal discharge and excessive scratching with the lymph nodes enlarged even more.  The vet explained that the lymph nodes could be swollen from the infection and wanted to wait to see if the lymph nodes would go down after finishing the antibiotics (Clavamox).  He also stated that she could possibly have mites because she definitely didn't have fleas and prescribed two doses of Revolution.  One dose at that time and the next two weeks later.

In the meantime, I have been doing a little research on allergies, diets, immune systems, and swollen lymph nodes. I am trying to determine if her scratching could come from her diet (Purina Pro Plan) as well as some kind of yeast infection or weak immune system due to the two prescriptions of antibiotics at her young age. I just gave her the second dose of Revolution and a week ago I started her on Antixodants, Probitics, Nzymes, and Tincture Blackleaf.  She is still itching but I am hoping that within the two weeks I'll see some improvements.   I also swithed from Purina Pro Plan to Eagle Pack.  She is not due to see the vet for another two weeks.

Does it sound like I am covering all the bases or am I out of touch with what could be wrong? I don't want to continuously take her to the vet and be charged for something that I can work on myself.  The vet wasn't quite sure what the problem could be.  Any ideas?

Answer
Addition -
The Wellness Products are much better than the Eagle Pack - You need to look at the ingredients - the first 5 are the ones that matter the most.
I suggest you find a Holistic Vet and work with them -
***There are many Holistic Pet Nutrition people that will charge you 100.00 or more for there services.
