Alternative Medicine for Pets/Hamsters.

Question
Okay.  My hamster has a wart thing on his eye, and its not going away, its just getting longer.  I don't know what it is so if you can help me out on this I would be really happy.

Answer
Hi Ashley,
My only suggestion is that you do need to take your hamster to the vet.  The vet can then safely remove the wart as it may be affecting his vision.  Also, the vet does need to check it out properly just to make sure there is nothing malignant there.
Sorry I can't be of more assistance but it could be anything, and without a proper vet diagnosis we are not able to offer any further suggestions.
The vet should also look at it incase it is causing your pet discomfort and/or distress.
So take him to the vet, and lets take it from there.
Thanks,
Silva.
