My cat is about four months old, she started off with a runny nose but now she sneezes a lot, she has crust and it some time oozes yellow-green puss, she has hair loss on her ears, and also has sores on her ears and bridge of her nose.

Hi Nichole,
Has your kitten had all her required injections?  My first thoughts are that she has some immune system dysfunction.  Some types of skin cancers can also present with these symptoms.  You really need to get her to the vet NOW.  The poor little girl must be feeling miserable!  If she needs her vaccinations then please book her in and get them done.  If she has had them, then get her to the vet so he can do some blood tests to see what is occuring.
If it is an immune problem or a type of cancer then you really need to get ontop of it now.  Products such as Maritime Pine Bark extract are very powerful herbal antioxidants.  And while this would help boost her immune system greatly, you do still need to first get to the vet asap so that you can stop your little girl from suffering with this condition any longer.
