Hi,
My miniature schnauzer gor a haricut today and she was knicked with the schears at the top of her hind leg. She will not leave it alon and has bitten it to the point that she has caused a hole in her skin. The bleeding has stopped and I have covered it so that she can't bite it anymore, but is there anything else that I can do for her?

Hi Bobbi- If the groomer has caused this injury, tell them you want a vet visit and ask them to pay for it.  They should call the local vet and ask for you to be seen.  YOUR baby could get an infection ... Please have the vet take a look.  You will also need a cone ( Elizabethan collar ) around her neck, so she can't bite.
