Question
My dog, Linus who is a mutt. The other day he ate my chicken hot wings. I
didn't see any bones laying around, so I was worried, but he seemed fine
afterwards. But, last night and this morning he seems not at all well. He
seemed to goo to the bathroom more frequent, throwing up and he is not
eating. I know my dog if he's not hingry there is something wrong. But, he's
drinking plenty of water. So aspect that it's his upset stomic from eating
those chinken wings. What can I do to ease from his illness? Do I have to take
him to the vet? Thanks

Answer
Hi Rachel
The dangers of cooked chicken wings is that bones become soft and can easily split.  While they may pass through with no problems, there is a higher chance that they will cause either some blockages or some damage.  If your dog is unwell you must take him to the vet - there is no question about it.  It may be as simple as an upset tummy, or it may be a splintered bone causing damage.  Only the vet can answer that.
I hope this helps.
With thanks,
Silva.
